Enjoy cocktails while you bid on one of the most elaborate collections of rare wine and exotic travel lots during our silent auction.  Immediately following the auction, get ready for a palette pleasing kind of fun when you take part in an interactive dinner hosted by nationally acclaimed celebrity chef, Michael Schwartz of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink.  You do the cooking while Chef Schwartz leads you through a succulent four course menu. As an added treat, Michael’s nationally renowned executive pastry chef, Hedy Goldsmith, will create the evening’s signature dessert.
